Connect Del Rio Launches Vendor Central to Boost Local Businesses

Connect Del Rio is excited to announce the launch of Vendor Central, a new initiative aimed at bringing together all the pop-up stands and food stands in the community. This platform is the first of three tools that Connect Del Rio plans to introduce to help boost local businesses and help the community.

Partnering with "The Popup DRTX," known for hosting large events with numerous vendors, Connect Del Rio aims to increase the visibility and accessibility of local vendors. Willard Jenkins, President of Connect Del Rio, expressed his gratitude: "We teamed up with 'The Popup DRTX' to reach a wider audience of vendors and offer a variety of options to our community. Their support has been crucial to Vendor Central."

Although the launch faced some delays due to technical challenges, the team worked hard to resolve these issues and deliver a user-friendly experience. Vendor Central follows the success of Food Truck Central, which sees about 30-60 dedicated visitors daily. The Connect Del Rio team is optimistic about the new platform’s potential and is eager to see how vendors will benefit.

Connect Del Rio is grateful to the vendors who have already signed up and participated. New vendors interested in joining Vendor Central or Food Truck Central are invited to apply through the provided links: Vendor Central Application and Food Truck Central Application.

With the introduction of Vendor Central, Connect Del Rio continues its mission to build community engagement and support local businesses. The team looks forward to the positive impact this platform will have on the community.
