City of Del Rio Issues Notice of Lock Out

DEL RIO, TEXAS — The City of Del Rio has issued an official Notice of Lockout to Peymo Group, LLC, doing business as The Goodbar, located at 1530 East US Highway 90, for non-compliance with the terms of its lease agreement.

In accordance with Sections 93.002(c) and 93.002(f) of the Texas Property Code and the lease agreement, the City has exercised its legal right to re-enter and take possession of the property.

The tenant may regain access to the premises by contacting the City to resolve outstanding lease obligations. For questions, please contact Scot Carcasi, Operations and Compliance Manager, at 830-398-0298 during regular business hours.

The City of Del Rio recognizes the value this location has brought to the community as a special events venue. Updates regarding future availability and scheduling opportunities will be provided at a later date.
