Celebrate Your Heart with VVRMC

Heart Health is essential - staying active and informed are key to keeping yourself healthy and making sure your heart is working for you as it should! Val Verde Regional Medical Center is committed to helping the community ensure that they are informed, regularly screened, and given the tools to keep up with all aspects of their health. 

In honor of Heart Health Awareness Month, VVRMC will be hosting a heart health event this Saturday, February 22, 2025, beginning at 10am located at the Val Verde Community Center at 1690 Cienegas Rd. The event will include essential heart health education, invigorating workout sessions, free blood pressure checks and cook and learn sessions. Learn vital tips for maintaining a healthy heart and get moving with expert-led exercises. 

Refreshments will be provided and a chance to win exciting door prizes!
