As Independence Day approaches, Del Rio is gearing up for a series of exciting events. Here's what you can look forward to:


Wednesday, July 3rd


Paul Revere Night Fun Run


Time: 7:30 PM

Location: Rotary Pocket Park

Details: Co-sponsored by the City of Del Rio and Del Rio PTSD Awareness, this 5K/1K night run is a perfect way to kick off the festivities. Get ready for an evening of fun and fitness.


Thursday, July 4th


4th of July Parade


Time: 10:00 AM

Route: Main Street (from Ogden St. to Nicholson St.)

Details: The City of Del Rio invites everyone to join the annual 4th of July Parade. Expect a lively procession featuring colourful floats and community groups. It's a great way to start your Independence Day.


July 4th Celebration


Time: 6:00 PM

Location: Amphitheatre

Details: Enjoy performances by King Cabbage Brass Band, San Antonio Transit, and a Chicago Tribute. This event promises a festive atmosphere and great music.


HEB Fireworks Spectacular


Time: 8:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Location: Amphitheatre

Details: Conclude your 4th of July with a spectacular fireworks display sponsored by HEB. Join the community at the amphitheatre for a night sky filled with brilliant fireworks.


Moore Park


Time: 4:30 PM

Details: Enjoy live performances by David Marez at 8:30 PM, Xtremo at 6:30 PM, and Nightlife at 4:30 PM.


Friday, July 5th


Amphitheatre


Time: 5:30 PM onwards

Details: The evening lineup includes performances by Los Palominos at 9:30 PM, Art Tigerina Band at 5:30 PM, and Eztilo at 7:30 PM. Get ready for a night of fantastic music.


Moore Park


Time: 4:30 PM onwards

Details: Enjoy a series of performances, including Hurakarrana at 9:30 PM, Noah Curtis at 4:30 PM, and Clifton Castle at 6:30 PM. Bring family and friends for a fun-filled evening outdoors.
