Connect Del Rio aims to serve its community with quality and professionalism. We were created with the community in mind, first. We passionately provide information about the city like; the latest news, events, and local professionals and help tourist mark their next visit! With all this in mind, we aim to be as helpful as possible at no cost to you!
Willard Jenkins
Willard Jenkins is born and raised in Del Rio, TX. He is currently employed by the local school district as a Multimedia Production Coordinator. Willard has spent most of his life dedicated to filmmaking, graphic design, web design, programming, and keeping up-to-date with the world of technology. He spent 5 years operating a side business called "It's a Willard Jenkins Film" in which he worked with political candidates, businesses and organizations located within and out of Del Rio. Willard currently serves on the board for the Del Rio Parks Foundation as their board Marketing Director and volunteers his time often to the foundation. With the launch of Connect Del Rio, this only adds to the list of duties Willard Jenkins has to maintain. He serves as the President for Connect Del Rio and has his sights set on changing the digital space for the City of Del Rio, Texas!
Anakaren Cervera Aguilar
Anakaren Cervera holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree and has a strong background in education, having served as a bilingual teacher and later as the Bilingual Compliance Coordinator for the local district. Alongside her career in education, she is also an entrepreneur, managing AGUI Holiday Homes, a short-term rental company. Currently, Anakaren serves as the COO of Connect Del Rio, furthering her commitment to community and business leadership.
